"Your Mind Should Be Your Best Friend"

Become friends with your mind instead of constantly fighting with it. Fighting with it produces anxiety & fear. You want to try & eliminate these as much as possible to live a healthier happier life.

So how do you do that?

How do you usually become friends with someone?

First you look for things that you LIKE about the person (yourself)

Then You start a conversation & talk about things that you both LIKE!

(reinforcing those positive statements about yourself)

What the mind focuses on consistently, it then becomes it's "go-to" mode.

This way you are creating a healthier go-to mode & effectively becoming FRIENDS with your own mind.
