What is the goal of meditation?

A

The goal is to clear your mind, observe, and stay present.

Specific guided meditation helps immensely with finding clarity.

The aim is NOT to stop your mind wandering. It's to bring your mind BACK again when you NOTICE it wandering!

What does distraction mean?

A

Distraction is NOT

when your mind wanders.

It IS when your

mind has wandered,

and you don't bring

it back into the present.

Where are all the negative energies held in our body?

Our HEADS hold on to

ego & conflict

Our HANDS hold on to

anger & frustration.

Our HEARTS hold onto

When I meditate, will i know what is going on around me?

A

YES.

A common miss-conception

is that to meditate is to

be unaware.

This is incorrect.

Meditation HIGHTENS your

SELF AWAERNESS & enables 

 CLEAR FOCUS/CLARITY.

It allows us to

BE PRESENT.

Do i have to sit in a

buddha pose to meditate?

A

NO.

This is another myth!

You can stand, walk, dance,

lay, kneel sit etc...

whichever suits you best.

It is advised tho to have

un-interrupted time & zero

distractions in order to get the

best out of the practise.

Is it best to meditate in

the same space frequently?

A

YES,

Location has energy,

& space has memory.

In other words when we consistently use the same

place for our meditation

sit, walk, dance etc...

we automatically create

beautiful memories of the

peaceful energies in

that place/space.

How often should i meditate?

A

As ofen as you want.

Some people meditate more

than others.

Ideally you should meditate

every day, in the same space,

at the same time,

to create an enriched

routine daily.

ESPECIALLY on the days

that you really don't

want to.

Those are the days
